Ingredients of a shake? (sugar contents)

I've tried the chocolate mint, butterscotch and toffee & walnut shakes and all 3 are very sweet tasting (I could drink the toffee and wulnut all day everyday - diet or no diet!!) and it got me thinking surely they must be full of sugar to make them so nice and sweet? (I know they are full of vits and minerals as well)
 
Each shake contains 15g approximately of carbohydrates. Some of that is sugar. You will find your tastes change though too - I remember loving toffee walnut early on, but now find it really bland.

Cambridge shakes are very low in carbs, certainly compared to other brands such as slim fast for example, and this is why you go in to ketosis on this diet.
 
Thank you. I love toffee walnut - don't know how you can find it bland!! I have to have them with only a little water so they are nice and sweet. Which shakes do you like now instead of toffee? Wish I had got more flavours now!!
 
I am temporarily off plan as having surgery on Thursday. I was on plan for 130days and lost 90lb, and will be back to lose the rest as soon as I am allowed! After the novelty wore off I pretty much stuck to chocolate tetras and the odd bar or cappuccino shake!

3 or 4 a day. Sometimes 3 + SS+ meal. I started doing martial arts in week 5 and now train 3-4 hours per week. This has made a big difference and I have lost a lot more inches this time round than when I did this diet in 2008 and did not exercise! On exercise days I always have an extra shake or an SS+ meal

I can't get over how great you have done. Thinking I should start exercise now to try and speed up my losses/ inches.

When you start bk you will be at goal before you know it :) x
