Argh! Help!

I downloaded the minimims app and it is forever saying I have a notification, it doesn't notify me if I do have a response and I find it very confusing to use, does anyone have any tips for me?

I asked on the tech support about this and it's never resolved. I've resorted to unsubscribing from every thread and just searching each time I come on. So annoying. X

problem solved, i was subscribed to a thread i dont post in, therefore deleted said thread and as if by magic my stray notification has gone
