Is asda original porridge a HE??

Hi everyone, I have done SW lots of times over the years but have returned after having my baby. It seems that there have been some changes! Anyway it's my first week and I'm getting to grips with stuff!!

My question is:

Asda porridge oats original, are they a HE?

Any brand can be used as HEb - it's just got to be pure oats.
