Is there a red day thread?

Hi there, if you put in the box "red day recipes" in the search at the top of the page you should find a link to red day recipes, hope this helps :)

Thanks everyone! So would someone mind doubling checking that today would def count as a red day for me? I usually do EE but realised as I don't each much starch it might be good to try red? Usually syn stuff like cheese in dinner but figure this and lentils could be hea/heb right?

Breakfast - fruit and fat free natural yogurt (superfree and free). 2 slices wholemeal toast (heb).

Lunch - red pepper and lentil (heb) stew with superfree veg in

Snacks- muller light, banana, apple, strawberries, milk in tea (hea)

Dinner - omelette with onions, peppers, tomatoes, ham and cheese (hea) with bns (superfree)
Frozen raspberries and fat free yog

comments very welcome! X

Just one thing I noticed if you dont mind me mentioning, baked beans are free not superfree but they are superspeed. And if you hadnt had the ham then yes you could have made it a green day, and had syn free chips with your omlette. The beans would have been fine on a green day. May seem confusing at first, but it soon slips into place, if I could get my head round it, you can I am sure. Happy S W slimming
