Is there any syns in ham???

Need your help!!!! Im so off track and am off on holiday in 5 weeks I'm trying 2 be good and lower my syns .. How many are there in ham? And also cheerios? If someone could help me would really help thanks Cheryl xx

Ham is totally free, the likes of tesco asda iceland hams plus dennys shaw etc, cookstown is not as its quite processed and cheerios i think are 5 syns for 28g, get eatin speed and superfree foods and ul be fine
