Is this a Green day?

Determination is Key
Hey guys.. been doing EE for over a year now and been previously too scared to try out other plans lol but I think I managed a Green day today. Can someone be kind enough to let me know if I've gotten it right?

Breakfast -- cup of tea using hea milk, apple and hi-fi light, heb.

Lunch -- Cuppa with hea, banana and two slices wholemeal toast heb, with beans.

Dinner -- SW chips, 2 poached eggs and carrots

Snack -- heb hi-fi light

Am I right in thinking I still have all my syns too?

I use low fat milk, 1%... never quite sure how much of that I can have. And I've been known to have about 100ml in each cup lol

I'm not a fan of a zero syn day... bad things happen when you go down that road, so I'm going to have a sneaky peek in the kitchen for something to munch on.

And Rosierose, thank you... did not know low-fat was referred to as semi-skimmed lol If I'd known that, I'd have found out in my book long ago! I think another cuppa is in order, and something snack-ish.

Thanks both of you!

An options hot choc (2 syns) half and half with water and hea milk, and two chocolate chip cookies (6 syns)

8 syns today, which is perfect, as I'm aiming for in or around 10 syns daily this week.

1% and semi skimmed are different. Semi skimmed is around 2.5% fat and you get 250ml, 1% milk you can have 300ml x

That's great! I do like a cuppa, but I use so much milk it's impossible with whole milk lol and I hate skimmed milk, but the low fat milk is fine.
Enjoyed the Green day. I'm doing an SE day today. My weight has gotten stuck the last couple of weeks and I'm trying to mix it up to kickstart it. I think my body has just gotten complacent, as I've been doing EE for the past year, so I'm hoping introducing different plans will get me back on the road.

Anybody do Red days? Can you help me out, and let me know if I got my first Red day correct?

Breakfast -- apple and hi-fi light and cuppa using hea milk

Lunch -- Fruit and SW fry up -- bacon, beans, eggs, LM Italian vegetarian sausage x 2 - 1 syn. Cuppa.

Dinner -- salad leaves sprayed with frylight caesar, homemade coleslaw (carrot, white cabbage, onion and light mayo x 2tbsp - 4 syns), beetroot, ham and tikka chicken slices. Cuppa.

Still have 1.5 heb and 1 hea... planning on using more milk later for an Options hot choc, which I like really milky, and another hi-fi light. No idea what to use my other heb on, am I allowed to use it on bread on a red day?

So far as I can see I still have those hex's and 10 syns left. Have I gotten this right?

Edit** Hang on..would the beans be a heb? I used just under half a tin...

Thanks JulesyR! Was the rest of it alright?
