Hey everyone, my mum has been having great success on slimming world so I've decided to join her.
At the moment I am just going to follow the plan at home and see how I get on rather than go to the group as it's a bit expensive and I only want to lose about a stone. Would be really grateful if anyone could comment on my food diary? I think I have the basic idea but I am worried that I'm eating too much to lose?
So today for example:
BREAKFAST: Porridge(made with water)HEXB, muller light, small pear, berries
LUNCH: 3 turkey rashers, 1 egg, onion, mushrooms, tomatoes, asparagus, one slice of thin bread(about 3 syns?)
DINNER: Breaded chicken fillet(5/6 syns?), 2 small sweet potatoes, mushrooms, cup of speed soup(brocolli, onion, carrot, veg stock)
SNACKS: 2 or 3 cups of speed soup, cadburys highlight hot choc (2syns)
HEXA would be skimmed milk in my tea/coffee
Syns: around 10/11 (Guessing as I don't know how to calculate them
)
