Im on day two so still very new to all this....have read loads on here so getting to grips with it.

I've had an oatmeal made with water for breakfast, banana shake for lunch, choc Truffa for tea, then banana shake for supper-after that I dry fried some broccoli and spring onions in a drop or two of balsamic vinegar.

Is this allowed?

Seems fine to me hun. I don't use balsamic but some people do. Carbs around 3g per teaspoon. Not strictly on list but that's your call

Keep hydrated plenty of water & the results will be ace
