Wondering if someone can help me please? I made a kind of chilli bean pasta bake last night and as far as I can see it would be syn free?

Quorn Mince
Heinz Beans in Tomato Sauce
Napolina Passata with Basil
Mushrooms
Onion
Pepper
Onion Salt
Worcestershire sauce
X3 Babybel Lights (HEx A - grated on top)

looks free to me! (on EE at least) and breaking it down you have plenty of Superfrees in there too, which is always good. Sounds yummy btw!
