Hi there i'm doing sw and getting close to target just thought i'd see how many kcals i should be consuming IF i was calorie counting so i used the links in the subforum and it says to maintain i should have 1990 and to lose i should consume 1490 cals im 5'4 and weight 9st 12lbs does this seem right or too many
