Day 6 of a SW restart and I was all psyched up for my lunchtime jacket potato, dry tuna and mixed salad. Then I remembered I had a seminar to attend at lunchtime, which finished at 1.30pm. I managed to avoid the pre-seminar biscuits and when it was all over I rushed to the sandwich shop (in the pouring rain) to discover they had sold out of jacket spuds. As I was soaking wet, I couldn't face heading back into town to any of the other shops and as I stood there shivering, I knew a cold salad box wouldn't hit the spot either so I plumped for leek & potato soup and a wholemeal roll.
So largely, through no fault of my own I fell slightly off plan today. I wrote off my HEX B's to cover the large bread roll and have had no Syns to make sure the contents of the (probably reconstituted) soup was covered.
Lesson learned: stop being so lazy, take the uncertainty out of the day and start making your own lunches again.
Anyone else got any learned lessons to share?
