I joined Slimming World on Monday and am enjoying the freedom from too much counting, and that I can enter everything on my phone (no need for app, although there is one. The website just works!).

Good luck.
I've recently started SW and find it easier for me than previous calorie counting and weighing.
This site is great for food ideas and syn free recipes. Even my son is pleased that Im doing as he claims the food is lovely.

My family like the food too, wexy, and I just came home to a "free" meal cooked for me. Second meeting tonight was very suppotive. Hope you find the same Ahsh and Emmie. Good luck this week!
