Started again after kind of falling off the LT wagon. Partly myself to blame, partly the demotivating cow at the pharmacy. Changed pharmacies and giving it another go. Day 1 has been a bit grim.

Good luck! I suppose LT can be like any slimming club- I changed SW groups about 4 times before I settled on one!
