Hi guys,

I'm off to wetherspoons for dinner tonight and fancy something different than the sweet chilli noodles. If I was to get gammon steak, remove the fat served with a baked tattie & salad would it be free? not sure how they cook their gammon. Thanks in advance.

I would count a couple of syns as it would be cooked in oil on the griddle. The other option is the five bean chilli and rice without the tortillas is only low I think it's two syns. I have a feeling they don't do jackets anymore....
