Hi all I have been doing sw on and off at home but don't seem to be getting anywhere, so have decided to join a group and buy a 12 week count down to keep me on track.
I only want to lose a stone but it seems so hard to get off :-(
Going to try EE as have only done red and green before and the consultant raved about it.
Need to do this on tight budget and feed a straving family of 4
Any help or good advice you can give is very welcome
Day 1
Breakfast
2 x weetabix
250 semi skimmed milk
Lunch
bacon omelette and beans
grapes
.5 tsp brown sauce
dinner (one of those eveings all went wrong)
tesco sausage roll 11.5syns
snacks
Yogurt, Bananas, apples, grapes
total syns for day 12
