After re-joining, I've decided that keeping a food diary on here may just be what I need to keep me on the straight and narrow towards a slimmer me. So here goes...
Any advice welcome!

Tuesday 6th March - Green Day


Breakfast: Oatso Simple Golden Syrup Porridge (hex b +1 syn) - yes i know this is technically cheating
Lunch: Mugshot tomato & herb, mullerlight, diet cherry coke
Dinner: Birds Eye frozen veg, 150g Tesco Light Choice Cottage Cheese Onion and Chive, x2 eggs
Snacks: strawberries with x2 teaspoon sugar (2 syns), options hot chocolate (2 syns)

Syn total: 5
 
Wednesday 7th March - Extra Easy

Breakfast: Melon, x1 slice wholemeal toast (hex b) with butter (2 syns)
Lunch: Cheese salad (x3 Babybel Lights - hex a)
Dinner: Steak (fat removed), new potatoes, sweetcorn, peppercorn sauce mix (4.5 syns for whole packet so i'll say 3 syns to be safe) made up with milk (hex a - yes an extra one!!!)

Syn total: 5
