can anyone tell me the syn value of jam i ahve tried to find it in the syn directory but cant find any, have tried to do a search on here as well but no luck
just an average syn value would be good if any one can help as im trying to give up butter but need something on my toast

You can use 1 syn for every 20 calories. The reduced fat stuff is about half a syn for a level tsp
