Hi

Im planning on having Salmon fillet tonight for tea - but I always add Jamie Olivers Piri Piri Herb crust to the top for baking. (its amazing!!)

Can someone syn this for me please?

I've just looked on the online directory but can't find this, you'll probably have to work it on the 1 syn per 20 calories rule as it's unlikely to have a free food allowance.

The whole pot is 27 syns.
"One serving" is supposedly a sixth of the pot = 4.5 syns

I just use 1 tbsp! Hope it's not 4.5 for that

The pot weighs 135g, so a sixth of a pot is 22.5g = 4.5 syns. So maybe a tbsp about half that?
