Been back at it since the beginning of February and have really got my mojo in place. So far have lost 5lbs. Doing Spinning 3 -4 times a week and loving it. I am 43, currently 13.5st, 5ft 4 and want to get to around 12st ( maybe a little lower but would be happy at that) I weigh in mostly on a Thursday. I'm eating 29pp per day, use most or all of my weeklies (at the weekend mostly) but try not to touch my APs. So far this week I have 29 weeklies remaining and 12 APs earned.
SATURDAY
B- WW petit pain (3pp), 2 bacon medallions (2pp), dry fried egg (2pp), tbsp HP, Banana
400mls skimmed milk (4pp)
L- Tesco chicken noodle salad (4pp), WW yog (1pp), apple, packet Velvet Crunch (2pp)
D- Tesco Thai chicken pot (8pp- was working and couldn't be arsed cooking!), WW ice cream thingy (2pps), mouthful of pasta (3pp), some cooked chicken (3pps),
Snacks- tangerine, Crunchie (5pp), 2 Tangfastics-(1pp)
Total - 40pp
APs- 50 mins Squash - 4aps
Weeklies left - 18pp
