Fighting for My Health
Hi all
Am starting Exante's Simple Solutions programme today, and have bought the bumper pack of shakes to keep me going for the next 4 weeks
Did Lipotrim TFR at the end of last year, then got made redundant beginning of Nov, and it all sort of went a bit t*ts up from there lol. No longer want to do VLCD or be in ketosis, etc. as I do tonnes of exercise and am finding it so much easier now with extra calories in my body
Have been hovering around the same weight now for weeks, and so really need to make a concerted effort to get some more off. Not sure how much I can expect to lose each week on Simple Solutions, but I use a Ki Fit (Google it
) to monitor my daily calories in and out, and at the weight I currently am, and with the exercise I do (min 3 cardio and 2 weights classes a week, including running as training for Race for Life), I'm hoping to get around 2-3lb a week off. Probably a bit ambitious for me mind as I am a terribly slow loser! Even whilst doing TFR I was only shifting about 3lb a week on average. So, I should probably be happy with 1-2lb a week on 1200 cals a day. I have PCOS so am sure that doesn't help!
Oh, it's not easy this weight loss lark is it? lol. I just hope I can get my butt into gear and get the losses going again. Been quite stuck for a while now :-/
Looking forward to having a read of all your diaries/posts and getting to know some of you a bit better
xx
