I'm on day 98.... 98!!! (ok, with a planned 5 day break!)

Lost 2 stones 13lbs with about another stone and a half to get 7lb UNDER actual goal weight.

Go me!!!

* disclaimer: I did nearly cry last night when I made my daughter some bananas on toast and I wanted it SO much :-(

I can't believe it. I've not been counting but somebody has a post called 100 days on slim and save so i counted my days.

I feel good but my weight loss has slowed to 2lbs a week. NOT.VERY.PLEASED!

Well done. That's some achievement.

I just checked and I'm on day 74 and fast approaching my half-way mark. 5 more lbs and i'll have lost 4 stone with 4 stone to go.

It does slow down, I have fast weeks and slow weeks and sts weeks! Raising my calories is helping

I'm at around 5 months

How many calories are you on Rebekah?

What would you eat on a daily basis for example? (sorry to be a pest!)

Replied and it vanished LOL

I change up my calories, some days under 700 other days 800-850 usually training days. Since I'm nearer goal am increasing cals

Always have 5 or 4&protein or training days

I add in the following
Protein shake (0 carbs 80 cals)
Extra protein - eggs, smoked fish, chicken
A pack

I then track my cals and try to keep carbs as low as possible

Thanks Rebekah. Do you think it would be good for me to up my protein/cals? I'm not exercising.

I weigh 10 stone 12. My goal weight is about 9 stone 12 but I want to get under that so I can gain a couple during refeed!!

Add in 100-150 cals protein and see for a week or two, should shake things up

I'm just over 10 want to get to 8 exactly

LOL ive got major surgery planned so i will be stuck in bed for a month, nice to know I can go up 7lb and not worry too much!

No idea at the moment, waiting to hear about funding. Hopefully before xmas. So carry on dieting for now :)
