Well me and eve had one today and thought they were amazing! Hope you all do to!!
Pop some mixed oat bran and sweetner spread out on a tray into oven at 200 for ten minutes but keep an eye on!
Mix a pack of strawberry or raspberry jelly together and pop in fridge.
Once the oats are baked
Mix The following together:
12 tablespoons of oatbran
6 tablespoons of sweetner
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 Tablespoon of skimmed milk
Pinch if salt
1 muller light coconut fat free yoghurt (I know I know sugars are higher! But it's to make 6, 1 a day and I don't use any other tolerated foods. You can use coconut flavoring and total if you want/ have it)
Pop into muffin cases and into oven at 180 for 30 mins.
once the jelly has been in an hour of 2 (or until starting to set)
Dip the cake into the jelly and then roll on the oatbran you baked earlier.
Pop back in the fridge to cool and then enjoy!
Let me know how you get on!!
I use this mix to make 6 with my total oatbran allowance for the day of 2, but you can make it to however you wish.
