Feel so full up I cant believe that im going yo loose ANY weight lol

3 rice cakes with philly choc spread 8 syns

Loving mug shots and have 20 packs in the cupboard lol this are going to be my lifesaver ;)

Feeling very full up today and can not believe the amount of food that is free in this diet, actually thinking im going to be gaining weight and not loosing any

Struggled today if im honest Ieven went over by 2.5 syns that I'll take off tomorrows quota. But I normally struggle weekends on any diet lol

Back to work tomorrow which will be a lot easier, lunch is already prepared and ive made the magic porridge to try although I will still use milk as a healthy extra and I cant do without my coffee all day

Pleasantly surprised how easy diet is, think my problem is that I have too much choice lol xx
 
Much easier day today although Im feeling very bloated but think this is due to magic porridge this morning, why do I always convince myself that im ok with porridge when it in fact aggravates my ibs
Trying weetabix with porridge tomorrow, doesnt look as nice as the porridge though, oh well looks arent everything lol
 
Hi and welcome!

I know what you mean - I still can't quite believe how much I am eating but am still losing weight. I've tried a few different diets/weightloss methods and this is by far the easiest.
