Joining SW

Hi,

My name is Lesley and I am planning to join Slimming World in the new year. I have previously done weight watchers in the past and it worked, but since its changed I just don't like it, so going to give SW a bash as I have 2 friends who have had successful weight loss doing it.

What I am looking to know is, my husband isn't able to make it to meeting but he is pretty much going to be eating what I eat anyway. He has just recently been diagnosed with diabetes in the last few days. I just wondered if anyone on here who does SW & has diabetes, how do you find it?

Any help appreciated.

I don't know about diabetes personally but I'm pretty sure when you join sw and get access to the online information if you go to useful features section and type in diabetes, information will come up. Good luck to you both
