Anyone know the syn value for this? i know it will be high.. im soo dissapointed in myself, i am soo close to my 2st mark and i got addicted to this stuff over the last week and its all iv eat. i know im gonna have a gain this week but its all gone now so i wont be buying any more lol ..i have been following SW for a while now always on EE but i dont attend meetings i just follow from all of my books etc, so i dont get the password for the site, can anyone please help me if there not too busy? Thanks Gemma xx
