The challenge will run from 1st July - 31st July Where does the time go? by the time the challenge starts its going to be the 7th months or if you prefer ( and its scary) 177 days to Christmas Eve. 5 weigh ins for me in July..... I wanted to reach my first target on 31st July of 11st 7lbs.... I still have roughly 7lbs to lose (depending on tomorrow's weigh in), so do I say the usual 1lb a week... 5lbs? Or do I say 7lbs to get to my target??? Xxxxx
