To say thanks for the advice on here the last couple of days! I finally made my mind up to order Exante and then heard from a friend I made thru my LT board before and the long n short of it is that we are both gonna re-join LT tmw and go together....!!

THANK YOU for helping me reach a decision to get back on the wagon and thanks for taking the time to respond to my queries. I would have been joining you on this board certainly were it not for me doing this... it should work out well for us both with the physcial WI and people-support so think its turned out well!!

Will keep lurking as I always have though, good luck on your journeys, will keep my eyes peeled )

Bellerine, I actually LOVED the LT stuff!! I used to seriously look forward to a choc milkshake with some psylium in it! It became my daily fix oddly enuf!! and strawb for brekkie! YUM!!!! Never tried the soups after my first attempt YUK but happy on the shakes and Tesco bars!! I am never ever gonna stop buying them even when at goal!! YUM!!! xxx
