I've just been having a moan on the weigh in thread. Went to update my signature with my weight loss and had a good look at everything there. My BMI has come down from 44 to 38 (Ok I know it's still not good, but it's a hell of a lot better!). I have lost 30lbs. I have lost more than 10% of my body weight, which is fantatstic! I can walk much further than before without getting pains in hip joints. What on earth was I complaining about? Just because my weight loss isn't what I wanted it to be? I have probably eaten a bit more this week as I'm going on my hols next week and not taken note of it! I'm so pleased that I found this diet and will be back after my hols. i will also keep going until my hols!
