Have I got this right guys. If I use skimmed milk from allowance and no butter, cheese and brocolli pasta and sauce will only be half a syn.《Batchelors),

Yes that's correct. The chicken and mushroom ones are free. I don't really like milk so if I choose to have cereal I use a small bit of milk for cereal and 100ml in the pasta and get both from my HEX a. Have you got the slimming world app this is a great help
