Eek! Received my mixed bumper pack today. I'm so excited! Never been like this excited about a diet before. Very keen to start losing the pounds, and boy do I have a lot of them to lose. Does anybody have some tips to share with a beginner?
My tips are drink plenty of water (the more you drink the quicker you shrink apparently!) get some early nights in the first week as you may not feel so great as your body gets used to the diet.
Come on here and chat when you're craving food or when you're having a hard time and need support.
And most important of all is if you slip up DO NOT give up all together, just get back on the wagon and carry on. x
