Hey 
I'm 20 years old, 5"3 and weighing aroung 120lbs. I was quite chubby when I was younger but in my teens the weight just seemed to disappear, however I've struggled for a few years with the last few pounds which make me uncomfortable. I'm looking to lose about 10lbs in the next month but I'm not entirely sure of what I need to be doing. I have a tendency to cut down my calories too much and not do enough exercise. I think if I had a figure to work with it would help. Could anyone give me any advice on how many calories I should be consuming a day for my height and weight and maybe how much exercise I should be doing in order to see results? It'd be really appreciated
