I started yesterday and caved in on my first day 
I wish I'd stuck it coz I know WW is so slow and can't do much exercise. Not looking forward to starting WW but I can't let my sister-in-law down. But really,really want to give S&S another go as Welshtigger said you have to give it a week. Wish I'd stuck to it coz I was hungry but not too bad and just used the excuse in my head oh well I'll just restart WW while my hubby was eating I just picked. I've decided already to try again. Wish me luck the my restart tomorrow. I've got a chest infection can you take antibiotics and steroids with S&S? Does anyone know? I'm only on steroids for 4 days and 1 antibiotic a day. Thanks
