Hey everyone!

My packs have just arrived today! I done exante last year so hopefully I can redo do it. I only want to lose 14-18lb

Can I still have one of the Tesco ultra slim bars?

Hi charliemae, yes I think you can use the tesco bars, I used them last year and lost weight effectively. I have started back on exante this week in the hope to lose the rest of my weight. I have looked in tesco and online, but they don't seem to be selling the bars. They have just repackaged the ultra slim shakes, so not sure if they are changing it at all (the ingredients), or just don't have them in stock at the moment.

Yes I'm using the bars for convenience occasionally, but they aren't proper total meal replacement bars with everything you need, so officially you should really have three exante products a day.

I can still get the bars - would panic slightly if they stopped making them!

Good luck - you'll have that weight off in a month!
