Kate's Slimming World Diary, day 1 and counting...

Hi everyone, having moved over to extra easy from WW I'm finding this a little hard to get my head around, hopefully it'll get easier as I need to shift this baby weight! What do you think? Any suggestions welcomed :D

Day 1:

Breakfast - 1.5 weetabix and skimmed milk (now i realise I could have had 2!) and a banana - Healthy A&B options

Snack - weird 1 syn chocolate mix thing - not to be repeated - 1 Syn


Lunch - mashed potato with some more of my skimmed milk mixed with a grated courgette and half a rasher of back bacon with the fat cut off. An apple.

Snack - fox's classic bar and 2 apples - 6 syns

Dinner - a quarter of the following, with sw chips followed by a punnet of grapes (!) (2 syns for the small amount of low fat cheese I grated on top of the lasagne)

‎2 tins baked beans
2 tins chopped tomatoes
2 large onions, thinly sliced
2 red peppers, de-seeded, chopped and sliced
Mushrooms
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic
Splash of Worcestershire sauce
Splash of soy sauce
Lasagne sheets
168g reduced fat cheese, grated (HEA)
Fry-light. Method
Fry onions, peppers and mushrooms in Fry-light till soft.
Add beans and chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper and
and garlic.
Add splashes of Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce and mix all together.
Layer in casserole dish, alternating tomato mixture with lasagne sheets.
Cover with foil and bake in oven for 30-35 mins (about 200).
Uncover, sprinkle cheese on top and bake for further 5 mins.
Serve with veg or salad and SW chips

total 9 syns. Could have been better but was hard to gauge how bad things were after WW. Will do better tomorrow and have bought nestle animal bars for a 3 syn treat if i get desperate!

`Day two:

Breakfast - 2 shredded wheat and skimmed milk (should have only had 1.5, so an extra syn I think?)
Snack - Animal bar - 3 syns
Lunch - leftovers - rice/lentils/veg curry - 1 syn for any oil used in cooking
snack - another animal bar lol - 3 syns
Dinner - Chinese chicken - homemade with soy sauce, rice wine (1 syn) and oyster sauce (0.5 syns), sugar (0.5 sys), oil (1 syn), peppers and other free veg and served with rice. Apple x 2

I think I'm getting my head around it a bit now!

Day five:

breakfast - mullerlight vanilla, pear and banana, coffee and skimmed milk (HEA),
snack - weight watchers roll (HEB), bacon, ketchup (1 syn)
lunch - pasta, chicken, bacon, home made sauce - (1 syn)
snack - banana, apple, small piece of fruit cake (5 syns)
dinner - stir fry veg, noodles, chicken, frylight (2 syns for the home made sauce)
