Keeping the shakes cold!

Does anyone have any tips on keeping the shakes cold while out? At work I'm able to keep them in the fridge, but not at university.

They taste horrible when warm! :jelous:

I bought a flask with a stick you put in the freezer then in the flask but it doesn't work very well, only for an hour or so...

You could try a small cool bag and put 1 or 2 ice blocks inside.

I've tried ice in the bottle which didn't work, plus if it was in a bag it might leak everywhere :S

That could work, I have an old Costa one which might work a bit better than my current flask
