Keeping under 800 cal

Hi there,

Just wondered what your thoughts are, I have been having 3 packs and a bar a day along with on average 250g of steamed mushrooms and probably 200g of protein I understand this is greater than the recommended guidelines but I also jog 6.5km 4 times a week and feel really exhausted and ravenous.

I am hoping to lose 3 stone by end ofNovember although not my ultimate goal I turn 40
so I just wondered if these extra 200 of calories will cripple my chances of achieving my aims

Any thoughts, recommendations, opinions all greatly received and appreciated.

I think you'll be fine - with that level of exercise you need some extra calories. If you want extra reassurance might be worth dropping SnS an email.

Thanks - but not invincible no... I have found maintenance quite hard because all of the structure has been taken away and I have learnt that I work well with structure! I've decided to go on and do the Dukan transition phase (which is a structured eating plan for after you have lost the weight) and now I feel like I can really do it!

Did you manage to find out the answer to this. As I too run 5km 4-5 times a week. And am curious to what the answer is. Thanks xx
 
I have extra for training too, I just keep an eye on carbs grams don't worry about calories long as they are under 900 training days, usually sub 650 non training days.
