So I have only just joined up to this sight and only started slimming world on Monday but another member sugested I start a food diary to track my progress So I will start with yesterday. Then add todays this evening!!
Breakfast - 2bananas
Lunch - Syn free pasta, pasta, chicken pieces, peas, sweetcorn, mushrooms, green beans, tin tomatoes. (Made about 6severings in total) and an apple.
Snack - Banana.
Dinner - Chicken (cooked in slow cooker with one tablespoon of honey) Syn free chips, brocoli, frozen peas, green beans, tablespoon of saladcream.
Syns - (not sure as still dont know how many in saladcream)
I am aiming for only 5-7syns per day so I can use more over the weekends when hubby is home.
