Hi Guys
So, i managed to put on 4lb this week and was Very upset and couldnt see why so ive decided to go back to food diaries. Please feel free to comment if im going wrong.
tuesday 26/06
Breakfast
Oats so simple porridge (30g sachet HEXB) and S/Skimmed Milk (HEX B) with banana
Lunch
Minestrone Mugshot with mushrooms and salad
Dinner
Spag Bol with Extra Lean mince, tinned tomatos, tom puree, mushrooms, onions and red peppers. Spaghetti and a side salad. Also have 2x light laughing cow trianles 1/2 each
Snacks
Coffee, Tea, Plum, banana, M.Light Greek Style Yog 1/2 syn
Total syns (i think) 1.5 syns. (maybe not enought super free/super speed)
Wednesday 27/06
Breakfast
2x Plums, 1 Banana and 2 M/light yogs
Lunch
Left over Spag bol with extra mushrooms
Dinner
Jacket potato with Chick pea Dahl and salad
Snacks
Pineapple, go ahead blueberry slice triple pack (9 syns?!)
THURSDAY 28/06
BreakfastStrawberrys and Oats so simple porridge (HEXB) S/Skimmed milk (HEXA)
LunchVeg Soup (Swede, carrot, leeks and Sweetcorn) veg stock
Snack1slice nimble 2.5, 1 chicken slice 1 with lettice
