my top tip? Cut them in half on the length to eeeeek out your usage. You still get a good result xx

you can get sugarfree mints but beware the polyols! I use the Wrigley extra mints.

Got my sticks thru do they need to be a dark purple or is the first light purple
still count as ketosis? Mines are in between both colours the now x

any colout other than the biege it was when you took it out the box is positive.

dark purple means yo are dehydrated, naughty! (i got my first dark purple yesterday as i was out and went back to old drinking habits - ie 3 cups tea 2 cups diet coke)
