Quick question,


Can green extra chewing gum take you out ketosis?
I'm a chewing gum addict! It doesn't make me hungry or whatever else .
I'm a conscious freak about bad breath and constantly need to be chewing gum so if anyone knows could you let me know

If it does, does anyone know of there any other gum that doesn't

I have been told to stay clear of gum as can affect ketosis also makes u hungry .. I am just carrying a little breath spray around with me instead xx

Gum stimulates all your stomach acids as if you were eating. You shouldn't have it really
