Sorry again for all the newbie questions! I'm just getting into the swing of things .

Could anyone please tell me how to use the Ketostix, just got mine through the post today, what colour does the bit you wee on have to be?

Any shade of pink means ketosis. and once you're pink put the sticks away. They're really not worth the money
