Once you are in ketosis you're body is burning fat so you'll be loosing weight! The first weeks loss tends to be good and is mostly water weight! I got my ketostix strips from boots . The first week is hard your brain is against you telling you you're hungry, drink some water when you feel hungry, have early nights and ride through the first week xx
I asked my OH to get me some as he was already going chemist and he said ' what's the point you already know your in ketosis after a few days anyway why waste more money' men just don't get it x
