I'm imagining its never going to be healthy, but im on a hen night tomorrow so doing a flexible day & we are bound to end up here!!

Anyone know the syn values to wraps or anything else?

I don't eat chips so that helps. Mainly interested in snack wraps & chicken!! Thank you xxxx

Original recipe chicken wings are 6 syns on red day and 10 syns on green.

Original recipe chicken thighs are 8.5 syns on red day and 14.5 syns on green.

Original recipe chicken drumsticks are 5.5 syns on red day and 9.5 syns on green.

Chicken crispy strips are 3.5 syns on a red day and 5.5 on a green day.

Also FYI - the corn on the cob and BBQ beans are free on a green day !

Thanks for this, have a kids party there on the weekend and couldnt think of anything that'd be low in syns!
