Well i am 1 week today and it's WI tonight, but i thought i would start a food diary so i can name and shame myself when i fall off the wagon!
Today:
Green (i keep thinking about trying EE or M2M but i just don't get it!!!! :sigh:)
B: Oats so Simple HEb
Teaspoon of Low Sugar Jam (1syn?!)
Milk - SS, HEa
Snack: mullerlight yogurt & strawberries
L: Salad with small amount of chicken (3 syns)
Extra Light Mayo small amount (1syn?!)
ML Yogurt & Kiwi fruit after
Dinner: Pasta with tomatoes and sweetcorn
ML Yogurt
Snack: 4 Mikado sticks (2syns)
I am hoping for a weight loss tonight, i have tried so hard this week just one possible problem on Saturday with a meal out, but i chose wisely and had jacket potato rather than chips with chicken and corn on the cob, i shared a starter with my bf and said no to dessert! So hopefully it won't make too much of a difference! *fingers crossed*
