kippers?

morning everyone. i have bought myself a wii fit so will be attacking it in a bit. i also bought myself a boil in the bag kipper but have just read my list of allowed foods and kippers is not there. am i allowed kippers on induction?

does it have carb count on the pack? i should think be ok?

just checked and it says, 0.03g of carbs.
i thought that it was ok as was low but im struggling to get the hang of this carb counting!

i am trying eggs, but dont really like them!
my hubby hates the smell of kippers so am having them when he is at work and shall give him a big sloppy kiss when he gets home later and try out my breath on him lol
