Hi, I know this question has been posted before but cant seem to find it at the mo!!, also does anybody know the syn value of the cadburys bars, long thin, think they used to be called animal bars, many thanks xx

I just had the 2 finger caramel kit kat and at 5.5 syns - only 107 calories it is AMAZING!!! Kinda like a less sickly caramac!

Had to tell someone haha!
