So, after sticking to plan 100% for two weeks now I have only lost a pound !!
I've decided to have a food diary on here to help me along even tho I write down at home what I eat daily. (Maybe I'm going wrong somewhere, please help if I am)
So heres a bit more about me. I do SW from home as never wanted to go to group.
I started out losing and doing well about 18 months ago. I lost 2 stone 10 lb and felt great, but then there were the 'sod it' days were I'd have the butter and the cheese on the toast, and the extra bit of toast, or the crumpets with butter and jam. And slowly put one stone back on even though I still ate SW friendly for the most part. I've never been one for convenience meals, sweet treats or crisps. I always had the odd frozen low fat lasagne or fish pie for an emergency tea. I LOVE cooking and that's why slimming world appeals to me, also the fact that I cannot stand being hungry!! I'm not a veggie but I do love my green days.
I will admit though that I don't count alcohol as syns. When I do drink I have a syn free day on that day and a day or two after. I know I should count them but I lost my initial weight whilst drinking too. I was a big lover of lager, and drank a lot when I went out as well as all the shots and cocktails. Now when I drink I have white wine with lemo/soda or vodka slimline tonic. I know many people who stop having everything and soon as they start drinking again pile on the weight. I know that SW is a plan for life.
So I'm currently 10lb heavier than I was at my lightest last year. I still have a LONG way to go though. I'm gonna put my stats up too as I haven't done it so far. I just need to face it now!!
I know I'll still receive all the support and advice from you wonderful people. Xx

breakfast - plain oats so simple made with milk from HeA, hot water with fresh lemon
lunch- pasta with tuna, onion and grated carrot mixed with ff fromage frais, bowl of toms and beet root , banana and green tea.
