I all I've fallen off the wagon as they say, do I'm straight back plan now. I've been looking at why and I find I need a stock for gravy and yes I know I can make a stock but I don't seem to find the time with work, two little ones and house work to factor in. Can I use Knoss stock pots for induction? They are 0.2g carb when prepared per 100 ml? X

I find the book - I'm using the newest one - a bit vague for things like this.

If you're in phase 2 (OWL) they'll be fine, but I suppose technically if you're in Induction then you probably shouldn't use them as they contain grain and sugar derivatives. Having said that, so do Atkins bars, yet they are allowed in Induction .

All I can say is that if it were me, I probably would use them because the amount of "bad stuff" you're likely to ingest would be very small - but it's your call, really.
