I looked it up on the calculator and it's coming up as 6.5 syns per portion.
Not sure about the healthy extra B bit - I thought the point was to make sure we all got a bit of fibre (roughage!) every day so not everything is allowed as a HExB... As a comparison, Nimble wholemeal is 6.8 g fibre per 100g (it's in my cupboard at the moment).
Hopefully one of the more experienced members might be able to help - I'm relatively new and still learning!
Thanks hun, only reason I said about HEB is because its basically just porridge with a dollop of jam in it and I know you can have porridge as a HEB. If I can't it doesnt matter, oh well x
Ahh, didn't really know what it was. I've just checked my Oats so Simple (which is a HExB) and it only has 2.5 g fibre in it, so you're probably ok if you just add on the excess beyond 6 syns!
