Does that put my doctor off? Does it heck as loike (as we say down here)
Oh no. I get a letter saying
We would like to feel your breasts on Monday 14th May at 10:20am. Something like that anyway.
Not satisfied with between my legs...they are aiming higher.
Why does it have to be such intimate bits Why don't they want to look at my leg, or big toe.
Come to think of it, why not my heart. I reckon that's kind of important. With a family history of heart disease, I would put it higher on the priority list. Or even my brain. That's kind of important to me anyway and it's failing fast.
In fact, the results of my January gallstone scan must be nearly due mustn't they? Would have been interested in that.
But no. Sod my brain, heart or gallbladder. They just aren't so essential to my health as my other bits and pieces.
Maybe they could have said "we are offering to feel your breasts...in case they haven't been felt recently. Would you like to make an appointment?" Oh no. The appointment has already been made
I have to telephone the office if
a) I do not wish to attend (teehee...mind readers)
b) if it's inconvenient. (always)
c) if I can't manage steps (not all at once)
d) If I have had a breast xray with the last six months (gallbladder scan...will that do)
e) If I am currently under the care of a breast secialist (that'll be DH)
f) If I have breast implants. How quick can I get them done? Before 14th May?
